Legal Question in Product Liability in Louisiana

My brother Died a couple of weeks ago after drinking a Bottle of the Energy drink(5Hour Energy Drink) while working outside.He suffered a Massive Heart Attack.The doctors who tryed to save him think that this Drink had something to do with him having the attack.Me and my family wish to now if we should Pursue this issue further in the Courts.Since we have learned of similar incidents with this Product?

I am so very sorry for your loss. If the doctors believe that this drink contributed to your brother's death, you certainly should pursue it. You will need his medical records for certain, including the autopsy report, if one was done. You want to seek out an attorney in your area that handles products liability cases.
