The will stated any and all improvements. I made all of the improvements, by parents made none. It was a verbal agreement between my parents my syblings and my brother to do this deal. Now he disputes it. His wife and father-in-law also no of the verbal agreement.

Re: Property Dispute after parents death

So, what's your question? Why is this a problem right now? Do you have any way to prove the gift of $13,000.00 to your brother--i.e., bank records, cancelled check, receipt, etc.--or was it all cash??? Are your brother's wife and father-in-law willing to testify against him to help you?

Please provide more details and ask specific questions and I will try to answer them...
