Legal Question in Workers Comp in Louisiana
Would a company be liable for injuries to persons/employees on a sponsored softball team. The company only provides entry fee ($300) and t-shirts. The games are not played on company time or property and participation is completely voluntary. There are even non-employee players on the team.

They would only be liable if THE COMPANY was neglegent and that neglegence caused injury.
