Legal Question in Workers Comp in Louisiana
I fell at work about a year ago. had surgery but told the first doctor got hurt at work and told the orthopedic surgeon got hurt at home because i wanted treatment faster.What should I do?

If you have proof you fell at work, then you may qualify for worker's comp. But have you missed a whole year? Have you not been paid?
