Legal Question in Workers Comp in Louisiana
I was working in Tx & injured myself..Dislocated shoulder, back etc..All the workman comp wanted to do was to zero in on the shoulder..Now almost 12 yrs later I'm having back & siatica nerve problem & now the Dr in La are saying it's due to the old injury..What are my rights or do I have any??
