Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maine

License Suspended

Ilost my license for an O.U.I. about a year ago. I recently got stopped for a headlight being out. So therefor driving without a license. I have a court date in March ,do I need a lawyer, or will there be just a fine. I was not drinking when I was stopped.

If you license was still suspended for OUI you will need an attorney. However, the answer depends upon your actual sentence from the OUI. Was your license suspended because you didn't pay the reinstatement fee? Please email me further details and identity what county you live in.
