Chapter 13 Discharge
When filing a Chapter 13, how long does it take to be discharged.

Re: Chapter 13 Discharge
A Chapter 13 discharge is issued at the completion of payments under your plan. Unless all creditors are paid in full in a shorter time, this is required to be 3-5 years. During implementation of the plan, an automatic stay precludes creditor action against the debtor outside the bankruptcy.
