Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
Oral contract
I am a consultant and signed a two year contract. It expired 6 months ago and an oral agreement went into effect. I continued to do the same work and be paid exactly the same way. Is my contract still binding.

It all depends.
Among other things, some employment contracts (like leases) have rollover provisions and some don't.
