Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
I purchased a Golden Corral Restaurantfor 275K to find the shortly after taking ownership much of the restaurant equipment started failing to the cost of over 50K which eventually led to the business closing, a pile of debt and a personal Bankruptcy. Is their a claim against the old owners for not telling us about the faulty band-aided equipment?

There could be a claim, but it would probably be an asset of your bankruptcy estate. If you failed to list it, then you would be judicially estopped from pursuing it.
