Starting Home business
Starting a home business, providing administrative services to micro-business owners (virtual assistance). Would like a simple contract to use. Funds are limited at this time. I'll be a sole proprietor.

You may need more than one standard form contract. Numerous issues should be addressed to ensure protection of your assets. Without using a LLC or other liability shield, you are at more risk.
