Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland
Fire Caused by Faulty Surge Protector
I had a fire in my office at my business in October of 2007. The last few months have been hell for me and my business. The cause of the fire was a surge protector malfunctioning. Insurance is taking care of the property damage but can I personally sue the manufacturer too?
