Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland
my husband and I are seperated. I have moved out. I've been married for 28 yrs and my name is on the mortgage title. I have things that belong to me at this property and found out he is either selling or giving my stuff away. Does he have the the right to do so. I have also found out he has not made a mortgage payment since March 2010, so am afraid the house will be taken away with my things still there including a horse trailer which is titled in both names, but I also have 5 horses that are registered in my name only. Is it legal in maryland for me to get my trailer and horses, plus other belongings out ?
Thank you

I strongly recommend that you hire a Maryland family law attorney (e.g, "divorce lawyer") as soon as possible. Your situation cannot be answered with a quick reply. You may need to take swift legal action to protect your interests in your real (the home) and personal (the horses) property.
