Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland
Repossesion
I put a car in my name for someone. The person signed a notarized letter stating that they are responsible for the monthly payments however the car was repossed. The creditor is now coming after me. Is there anything that I can do?

Re: Repossesion
You can try to get your money back from the "someone" but when you put your name on a car, you are making a commitment to make the payments.
