My ex-girlfriend has been threatenin me by saying she has a restraining order on me, but I haven't had any contact with her. What do I do to get her from getting me into trouble?

Re: threats
If she has a restraining order on you, you should have been served with the order. You can also check with the court to see if there is actually one signed but not served.
How is she communicating these threats to you? (phone, e-mail, in person, by another person). Document each time she contacts you so you can protect yourself should you be dragged into court. Most importantly, do not initiate contact with her.
To better prepare for any impending trouble, obtain a consultation with a criminal lawyer who is used to dealing with violations of restraining orders. It shouldn't cost you a lot to have a 30 minute consultation.
This response does not create an attorney-client relationship. It is always better to obtain an consultation through telephone or in person.
