Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
I bought a ford van about 2 1/2 weeks ago and drove it about 500 miles when I noticed the transmission was not working right so i contacted the dealer and seem to be getting put off because the trans shop he took it to said it needed anew trans what can I do?

It depends. Under what terms did you buy the truck? Was the transmission covered by warranty? If so and the transmission isn't fixed or replaced, you sue for breach of warranty. If you purchased the truck "as is" or "with all faults", you are likely out of luck.
