Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
How does a car company sign a contract to pay off a car then not pay it off, and then sell it to another car company and that company sells it to another owner without a clear title? My car is still in my name but yet someone else "owns" it??? Is this legally possible? HELP PLEASE

If the company signed a contract to pay off a car, you should write a letter demanding payment of the car note within 2 weeks. Send the letter certified mail, return receipt. Thereafter, if the note isn't paid off, you'll have to sue the company for breach of contract.
