Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
In 1998 i was convicted of possession w/Intent to distribute a controlled substance in Md. circuit court of Balt, county.I filed a modification of sentencing wich was placed sub curia. The judge has since retired. looking to have the felony removed for employment reasons. It was my first & last criminal conviction since, would some one in this perdicament file for a hearing requesting a PBJ or expundgement?

Request a hearing on the motion. At the hearing request modification to probation before judgement. If granted, then you may pursue expungement.
