Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
My 2nd degree assault charge is 39 years old (6-22-75), it shows up as a guilty on FBI record only but the records can not be found in Montgomery Count civil or district court files, nor is it in any of the old docket books.
I need to qualify for a Secret Clearance and the guilty charge is holding me up. Do I have a hope or prayer to get judgement change to a PBJ or less than guilty...?
