Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
1989, In the state of Maryland, possession of a gun on a person. Is this a misdemeanor or feloney? The clerk of court has no record of this in my name.

Unless you were previously convicted of an offense that prohibits you from possessing a gun, then it is a misdemeanor.
