Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I am a 25 year old female and i've been charged with 1st degree burglary, 2nd degree assault and Mal destruction of poperty value + $500 its my offence ever, and it all came up from a dispute with my ex husband that turned phisical. He has expressed to my family that he will not fille any charges agains me and never wanted the police to be involved. What could the outcome be at court, im really scared.
