Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
im 20 years old i just got my first charges for going into a house wit two other people and going into a car i have a 1st degree burglary a 4th degree burglary petty theft and destruction of property do you think i can do jail time

You probably won't do jail time, however the conviction will follow you the rest of your life. This is a situation where you should consult with a lawyer who will attempt to get the conviction stayed so you can maintain your clean record. Talk to one now.
Jail is very possible. Do not wait another SECOND to get a lawyer, even if it's a Public Defender.
Whether your sentence would be incarceration depends on 1) whether the state can prove their case, 2) whether someone was injured or lost a lot of money, and 3) whether the court believes that it can trust you to comply with probation.
