Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
my boyfriend got his house raided when he wasn't home and they found e, ketimine, acid, and some weed. i was wondering how long do you think he'd be locked up for. and if he'd get bail. he is on probation also and had a violation. people have been telling me that if he violates two probation's then he does not get bail and will be in there until his sentence. help me please?
he also has 5 years over his head since he was in DOC. i just want to know our options.

The specific answers to the questions you have asked require examination of his charge, probation, and parole. Two pending felony drug cases are supposed to result in a person being held without bail, but not necessarily two probations. If the probation agent requests a violation, then the judge decides whether to set bail.
