Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
In my ex boyfriends discovery packet my name is mention in it and it says that I stated some stuff that I never said its a criminal case the police did come to my house several times looking for him but like I said he's my ex I don't want to have anything to do with it let alone the stuff that is bein said that I said isn't true so what should I do

If you are summoned to court, tell the truth.
If you have not been summoned, but you would like to set the record straight, then contact either the state's attorney or your ex's defense attorney. Understand that doing so might result in being summoned to court.
If you do not want to get involved, then you do not have to do anything.
