Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
My brother was charged with 2nd degree murder. Their were 2 guys that he was in a tussle with. Both seemed fine. Later that day one of them died. The other guy was a witness for the guy that died saying that my brother killed him. My brother gets convicted but appeals. The witness dies. Is their a way to get the witness who died testimony thrown out or not be used in the appeal?
