Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I have a CDS charge from 2002 that was about .03 of 1 gram of mariguana, I plead an alfread plea on this charge. my question is, IS THIS A FELONY MISDOMENOR CHARGE?

If it was possession/not distribution related and it was in MD State court, it is only a misdemeanor.

Check Maryland Judiciary CaseSearch, which is a web site that provides court records. If the charge were resolved in the District Court of Maryland, then it was most likely a misdemeanor such as simple possession, attempted distribution, or conspiracy to distribute. However if the charge were forwarded to Circuit Court, then it may have been either possession with the intent to distribute or distribution.
