Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
i was charged with second degree assault between me and my wife we both got charged and went to court and was found not guilty because we used our marital privellege will this affect us in the long run

The most likely effect is that you and your wife may not use spousal privilege again, if there is another case of domestic violence alleged between you.
