Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I have been charged with Knowlingly displaying fradulent tags.I was giving a PBJ for 1 day and had to pay a fine of 157.50 including court cost. I am currently on probation with baltimore city for 5 years of which i have 2 years left. In accepting the states offer would this cause me to violate my probation. Please help...

Yes, conviction or pbj violates the probation condition to obey all laws.
