Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I was charged with 2nd degree assault in MD for a fight with a friend with benefits (not gf). I made that clear in court as well. I plead guilty and got PBJ. At the time the arresting officer asked if my friend lived with me or if we had children, etc. I said no and that the relationship was a physical one.

I've looked at the records and its says I've been charged under CR 3-203. In all the paperwork I've seen, I have not seen anything stating that PBJ was domestic based.

Is there a way to determine if the 2nd degree assault is domestic or not?

Maryland's assault statute does not distinguish whether an assault is domestic, but prosecutors and judges do in practice.
