Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
hi im being charged with 2nd degree assault and im representing myself when i go to court. This is my 1st time being charged with this.Whats the worse that could happen?

The worst that can happen to you on charges of 2nd degree assault is that you can go to jail. Why would you go to Court without a lawyer? You can get a free lawyer if you cannot afford one. If you can afford one, is it worth going to jail to save some money.
