Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
If i had charges that i went to court for an the disposition was NOLLE PROSEQUI can i have them taken off my record and if so how do i go about this. I live in Maryland

Yes. You can file an expungement, as long as certain conditions are met. You can get the forms at the Clerk's office of your local courthouse. The fee is $30. You can also hire an attorney to handle it for you, which I do for reasonable fees. Feel free to call/email with questions.
