Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Okay I got a citation for accused of jumping the metro gate and running from a transit officer but all I got was a citation paper.. I went to caught the judge believed the officer than me and on the citation it's says I ran and jumped the gate but I didn't know until I went to court that was my case... I gotta go back to caught because I'm on probation, but all this could be squash and deleted from my no criminal record if I just had proof I didn't jump the gate and that officer lied.. I feel justice is stabbing a young teen like me in my back. What suppose to do wish I had surveillance.

You need to stop thinking you can do this yourself, be smart, and get a lawyer. There is NO WAY you will be successful if you represent yourself.
Perhaps you may appeal, if it has been less than 30 days since sentencing.
