Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I got a civil citation for fictitious drivers license. did 40 hours of community service to avoid trial and the case ended in nolle prose.

Is that seen as an admission of guilt since i agreed to do community service?

When asked if i have been convicted of a crime do i have to list this incident?

Can a nolle prose be brought back if i were to receive another charge for ex: underage possesion

( i dont plan on getting one i am just curious )

No admission, but people belive whatever they want.

Nolle prosequi is not a conviction.

The state may refile the charges, but the court would have to dismiss, as long as you honored all the terms of the agreement which required the state to dismiss.

A nolle prose means the State dismissed all charges. It is not a conviction. If asked if convicted of a crime you can say no. You can go to the courthouse and get a form to seal all court records, so that no evidence of this incident exists. This nolle prose cannot be brought back since you did the community service.
