Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I got a civil noise violation, but the cop filled the ticket out wrong. He put the city in place of where the county should be and he put restated the name of the police station where the adress to the police station should be. Is this a valid ticket that will stand in court?

Probably. Baltimore City is a county, and there are incorprated cities within other counties in Maryland. You may have other defenses.
