Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
When cops are raiding your home. dont they have 2 show you your search warrant at your house & not 30-45mins. after your at police station?

The Constitution does not require it. Failure by the police to do so probably will not result in dismissal of charges. The warrant itself of a particulary police department's procedure may require it, so that resident's know that the police are not burglars.
