Corp Credit card misuse

my former company called and asked about charges on my corp credit card what is my legal rights

You have the right to remain silent. USE IT. I just finished a case with someone who did this. They were charged in Federal Court for Wire Fraud and embezzelement. You need an attorney immediately. Remaining silent may mean an immediate dismissal, but speaking can mean an immediate dismissal and your freedom.

Your rights are don't say anything to anyone! If you are remotely guilty of fraud/theft and will be charged, your statements WILL be used against you. Consult an attorney immediately for further details.
