Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I have a court date for a trespassing citation. Can a stet docket for paraphernalia be brought back up because of this charge? (Also the owner of the business was not present at the time the citation was given and said he wouldn't press charges when I spoke to him)

During the first year, stet may be reopened for any reason. Thereafter it may be reopened by persuading the court that there is good cause to do so.
