Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I went out with co-workers and friends in March of 2008 in Maryland. I ended up getiing alcohol posioning and was raped by my co-worker. I asked him about it the next day and he denied it. I was also sexually harassed by my boss at that job an dwas forced to quit due to emotional abuse. Is the recourse I can take and if so it worth pursuing? Can pursuing justice affect my possibility of hiring in later careers?
