Criminal Felony Case
If I was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by the police and they found drugs in the vehicle and I was unaware that the driver had the drugs in his vehicle, How do I win the case if I was charged with possesion and intent to distribute?

Thsi will depend on further circumstances: WEhere were the drugs in the car in relationship to you? Ex. under your seat or someone elses seat or in trunk? Who was the owner of the car? Were there others in the car? Was there obvious drug activity going on in the car at the time? The less that ties you to the car, eople and location of the drugs in the vehicle - the better.
