is it wise to have a supression hearing if the police said there proable cause was because of someone said they got the drugs from you but the police never saw you give them anything. should i have a supression hearing or should i go to trial

There is no reason why you can't do both. First there is a suppression hearing and if the judge does not suppress the evidence you go on to trial. If the evidence is suppressed then obviously the govenrmetn cannot go forward wihtout evidence and they will have to dismiss the case.
