Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
My daughter now 18 and in the army and stationd in korea has just informed me that in the past 3yrs she was molested by her step father what can I do at this point she wont be back for a year although she will be comming back to visit for 20days. can I press charges myself

No, you cannot press charges on her behalf. She should contact the prosecutor's office in whichever jurisdiction this happened.
