Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I'm dealing with legal ramifications in a matter where I filed a criminal charge against an individual. The charge was nolle prosequied and expunged. Since this person had to sign a general waiver and release, I should be immune from any legal action. How can I get a copy of the waiver and release to help my defense? Since it's expunged, there's no record of the case anymmore.
