Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
an ex-friend of my daughter's has contacted me: the ex-friend alleges my daughter stole mail addressed to the ex-friend that contained a check ($844.00) for a student loan and that my daughter gave the check to another friend who proceeded to cash the check. what charges could my daughter be facing?
