being falsley identified
When you fit a description by a victim and are picked up for the victim to make an id arent you suppose to be in a line-up?

Re: being falsley identified
A line up is not required. If you were identified the identification may have been "impermissably suggestive" and therefore not admissable.
Re: being falsley identified
A lineup has to be fair and not unduly suggestive. Sometimes the police do a picture lineup, where they show several pictures of different people. I've had good success with this type of issue at trial. A show-up/lineup with one person in it is unfair.
Re: being falsley identified
Your question is centered upon how you were "picked up" and whether you were "paraded" or "shown with implication" to the witness. If this should apply you should contact an attorney.
