being falsley identified

When you fit a description by a victim and are picked up for the victim to make an id arent you suppose to be in a line-up?

A line up is not required. If you were identified the identification may have been "impermissably suggestive" and therefore not admissable.

A lineup has to be fair and not unduly suggestive. Sometimes the police do a picture lineup, where they show several pictures of different people. I've had good success with this type of issue at trial. A show-up/lineup with one person in it is unfair.
