Whether the charge is a felony is not the issue. Whether the result was conviction is. Nolle prosequi, stet, and probation before judgement may be expunged. Conviction may not. However, you may be able to challenge the conviction by postconviction or coram nobis. Be advised that challenging convictions can involve significant time and financial resources.
