The only person who can "pardon" a crime tried in Maryland is the Governor of Maryland. I'm not sure of way to have a felony conviction expunged unless the conviction relates to a plea before judgment or nolo type situation. I strongly recommend that you hire a Maryland criminal defense lawyer to represent you and discuss you options before you make a plea.

Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******

Violation of an ex parte is a misdemeanor. Only probation before judgement, stet, and nolle prosequi may be expunged. If you were found guilty, then you would have to overturn the conviction and obtain pbj, stet, or np first.
