Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I have a Felony Theft Conviction on my record, in the state of Maryland can/when i get that expunged off of my record?

Maybe. Nolle prosequi, stet, probation before judgement, and not guilty are all expungable. Convictions are not, unless you successfully challenge it by postconviction or coram nobis. If postconviction or coram nobis succeed in overturning the conviction, and if the case is then resolved by nolle prosequi, stet, or probation before judgement you may then be able to petition for expungement.
