Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
If my fiancee was picked up by Marshals from one county for a charge but taken to another county and had a warrant for driving on a suspended license over 14yrs ago but was incarcerated since then and released. I pay the bond for the driving on suspended. Will he get released or will the other county pick him up or will he have to turn himself in? If they pick him up how much time do they have?

Unless your fiance is held without bond or has another detainer, then posting bond should result in his release.
