Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
My fieance was released to me third party due to fed charges, he had a court date for child support which he was detained because he missed two payments, reason being he was detained for fed charges during that time frame anyway because I called pretrial to inform them of what had happened because it was the thing to do, I got really emotional, fussed and asked to be removed as third party
is there anything I can do to become third party for him, What if we were married?
