Anyone may be accused of committing a crime, whether he or she committed one or not. If you caused your ex-boyfriend's injuries, you may be charged with assault, and if he died, murder. If you lured him, so that someone else could injure him, then conspiracy. If you set up a dangerous situation and lured him in or if you did something with reckless disregard for his safety, then perhaps reckless endangerment.
